I know. It’s been a while. Unfortunately, my previous domain (ellensjourney.org) is no more, as the server it was on had the plug pulled on it a few months ago. I understand that my archives still exist (oh, they’d better still exist!), I just need to find the time to bug the owner (hi, Brian!) of the defunct server to rescue them for me so I can import that 7 year record of my blog’s existence.
I don’t know yet how I’m going to let all my previous readers know that Stranger in a Strange Land has been resurrected here on kellyandellen.org but hopefully some strategic Facebook messaging and perhaps some kind links from friends would help out in that regard.
Anyway, it’s not like I haven’t been blogging elsewhere these days… Hmm, let’s see.

To get things started again, here is the newly re-created “About Me” page:
From 2001-2004, my strange land was Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a student minister, ESL teacher and coffee-drinker.
From 2005-2007, I navigated and conquered the strange land of graduate school in library science at UNC in Chapel Hill, NC.
From 2007 on, I have been living in the strange land of Texas, working as E-Learning Librarian at Baylor University in Waco.
On May 23, 2009, I began a new adventure in the strange land of marriage as wife to Kelly, stepmom to Jack and Joey and (as of November 2010) homeowner.
